This Frame utilizes V-Style Drop Lock.
The first lock is located 6" down from the top of the frame leg.
The bottom lock is located 48", or 4' below the top lock, or 22" from the ground up.
This frame does not utilize a mid-lock and is perfect for those who use lumber or cables as Guard Rails.
This frame necessitates 4' Cross Braces (i.e., 7' x 4', 8' x 4', 10' x 4', etc.).
Width of frame is measured center of frame leg to center of frame leg.
Height is measured from the top of leg to bottom of the leg.
Frame Leg: 2.375" (2-3/8")
The frame leg has an Outside Diameter of 1.69", or 1-11/16".
The interior of the frame leg has an Interior Diameter of 1.595" or 1-1/2".
Wall Thickness: 0.156"
This scaffold frame will utilize a 1-7/16" Coupling Pin that is 9" long with a 1" Collar:
The holes drilled into the frame leg are drilled at a 90 degree angle 2-1/2" from the top and bottom of the frame legs. These holes are used to insert Toggle Pins, Spring Clips, Pig-Tail Pins, Span Pins, Rivet & Hitch Pins, or #9 Wire when stacking the frames one on top of another.
The width of this frame will require three 19-1/4" Decks (Aluminum, or Aluminum/Plywood), or six 9-1/4" Planks (DI-65, LVL, or Steel Planks) to fully deck a level.
